Nirvana is a 17-year-old student and climate and gender justice advocate whose work explores the intersections between the gender and climate justice movements, through working at both local, grassroots, and international levels to create sustainable solutions and facilitate key conversations. As a key organiser in the Australian School Strike for Climate movement, her objective in the sphere of climate justice is to push for steadfast action addressing the diverse needs of communities impacted by the climate crisis.
